We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Notion template(s), you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

1. Visit our contact page
2. Provide your email address used for the purchase
3. Let us know you'd like a refund

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• After a refund is processed, your access to the template(s) is revoked
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests made after the 7-day window

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of:

• Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
• Repeat refund requests from the same customer
• Requests made after the 7-day refund window
